Intimate Wedding at Fairmont Ghiradhelli & Boulet's Larder

For Vijay & Beth what mattered most on their wedding day was treating their immediate family to a royal, private and intimate day. They rented 2 suites and had a sacred traditional Hindu wedding ceremony in the stylish gazebo at the fabulously luscious new Fairmont at Ghirardelli Square. Champagne and appetizers were served before the group were chauffeured off to the delectable Boulet's Larder at the Ferry Building for a private 5-course feast.

Elegance and Celebration at The Bentley Reserve

Lights, Cameras and Action at Veronica & Peter's elegant celebration at the San Francisco Bentley Reserve. A Simple Affair crafted an utterly romantic and elegant mood for the ceremony warm amber light and a rustic runner lined with pillar candles. The party went from romantic to gourmet with Melon's Catering turning out "out of this world" food and then the mood went wildly festive with bright colorful uplights and DJ Dave Tutton taking over late into the night.

Mark Morford - man of extraordinary talent

This weekend I had the delight and pleasure of photographing one of my favorite people - Mark Morford; irreverent, smart, daring and exceptionally photogenic. In addition to being an extremely talented writer (Keep your eyes peeled for his up-coming book - The Daring Spectacle later this year and of course, his weekly column on SF Gate), Mark also is a talented and popular yoga teacher at San Francisco's Yoga Tree. Here is a small sampling of photos we took yesterday at The Art Institute in North Beach.
